Summary

FSSTDFA rupture discs are conventional concave solid discs. This is a simple and reliable system used with gas and liquids in cyclic and pulsating pressure conditions. FSSTDFA discs react to excessive pressure in a few milliseconds. Supports may be provided for vacuum or counter-pressure protection.

Sizes:	1/2" (DN15) to 24" (DN600)
Materials:	Stainless steel, Alloy 201, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy C276, Titanium
Rupture Pressure:	5 – 1150 bar g (depending on diameter)
Tolerance:	from +/- 5 % to +/- 20%
Temperature:	up to 600 °C
Operating Margin:	up to 70%
Fragmentation:	Yes
Use under valve:	No
Corrosion Resistance:	Very good
Linings:	Yes
