Ejectors are used for mixing liquid and solid products with a liquid (often water or steam). Ejectors are considered an alternative to mechanical vacuum pumps because no power source is required other than the motive gas and they are very reliable because there are no moving parts.
Injectors are used to increase the temperature of a liquid. It also causes a constant recirculation of the product inside the tank which ensures a good mixture and uniformity of temperature. Excellent reliability as there are no moving parts.
