Valpres figure 72 series wafer pattern full bore ball valve. With a Stainless Steel ball and stem, P.T.F.E. seats and P.T.F.E. / FKM (Viton) seals. Flanged (wafer pattern) to suit PN16 flanges. Lever operated.
Valbia 82 series pneumatic actuator. Sized based on a minimum pilot air supply pressure of 5.5 Bar g. Rack and pinion design, Hard Anodised Aluminium body, Blue coated end caps, visual position indication, 1/8” BSP pneumatic connections. With bi-directional open/close travel stops. Suitable for a maximum air supply pressure of 8 Bar g. ATEX II 2GD T6 approved.
Mounting kit to suit.
All assembled and function tested.

Body Materials: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
Valve Options: An ISO direct mount version is available (sizes1” to 4”). The valves are available with a V ball for flow control. Different seat materials are available to suit many different applications. Firesafe options are available.
End connections: PN16, PN40, PN63, ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600.
Actuator options: Double Acting. Spring Return (Fail Close or Fail Open). Stainless Steel body and Painted options are also available.
